Brewster Continues Hearing on Urban Renewal Plan

The Planning Board of the Village of Brewster will hold a Special Meeting Feb 2 to continue its hearing on the Urban Renewal Plan.

The plan is available in Village Hall or online at www.brewstervillage-ny.gov

The planning board continues to seek public input about the plan for the area identified in the village’s earlier Blight Study: along both sides of Main Street -- including the Garden Street School property -- bounded by Peaceable Hill Road on the east and Railroad Avenue on the west.

It will be followed by a special meeting of the planning board to conduct business related to the urban renewal plan and also any other topics that may need to be addressed.

The hearing and meeting will take place at Village Hall, 50 Main Street, Brewster, NY 10509, and start at 7:30 P.M.
