Brewster Driver Found with 2LBs of Marijuana: State Police
Police said they stopped him on I-90.

At about 3:25 p.m. Feb. 10, State Police stopped a vehicle on I-90 in Schodack for multiple traffic violations.
Police allege the driver of the vehicle, Michael S. Capezzuto, 28, of Brewster, NY, was found to be in possession of more than 2 pounds of marijuana. He was taken into custody, transported and processed at SP Albany, where he was charged with:
- Criminal Possession of Marijuana in the 2nd Degree; a Class D Felony
- Unlawful Possession of Marijuana; a Violation
- Multiple Vehicle and Traffic Violations
Capezzuto was arraigned before the Town of Schodack Court and sent to the Rensselaer County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail or bond.
