Brewster High School Mourns Student
A Brewster teenager committed suicide, according to a news report.
UPDATE: Friends are contributing to a fund for the family of Andre Boyle.
Brewster HIgh School will be open Thursday and Friday from 9-11 a.m. to offer counseling to students and staff about the death Tuesday of a student.
Otherwise, the district's schools will be closed May 26-31 for a Memorial Day recess.

On behalf of the Brewster High School and District Administration, it is with great sorrow that we announce the untimely death of one of our students who took his life last night. Crisis counselors are on hand to assist students and faculty. Tomorrow and Friday, the school will be open from 9:00am-11:00am to provide counseling. Our prayers are with the family.
