Brewster Road Closure Friday - Saturday

BREWSTER, NY — Railroad Avenue will be closed to all thru traffic from about 10 p.m. Friday through noon Saturday. Intermittent brief road closures on Main Street in the vicinity of the train station will also take place during this time period. Morningthorpe Avenue will also be closed for part of that time.

Detour signs will be set up during this scheduled shut down.

The trackside south parking on Railroad Avenue between Marvin Avenue and the train station will not be available on Saturday morning. Village of Brewster permit parking on the east side of Railroad Avenue will also not be available. Handicapped permit parking holders may use the Metro North lot on the north side of the station or follow the directions of police officers or construction personnel on site.
