Brewster Teen Smashed Mailboxes, Police Allege
He's due in both Southeast and Patterson courts about the vandalism spree.

At about 11:29 p.m. Aug. 5, troopers were dispatched by Putnam County 911 for a report of criminal mischief that occurred in the vicinity of Fogginton Road. The witness provided police with the license plate number of the car involved.
Police searched, found and stopped it n the area of Route 6 and Route 312.
Troopers interviewed the occupants of the suspect vehicle and discovered that a passenger was responsible for damaging mailboxes in Southeast and Patterson. The 17-year-old Brewster resident was charged with two counts of Criminal Mischief 4th Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor.
He was issued appearance tickets ordering him to appear before the Town of Patterson Court on Aug. 13 and the Town of Southeast Court on Aug. 18.
