VIDEO: Cobra the K9 to Fill Void at BPD
A Garrison resident is donating the dog. Putnam County Executive MaryEllen Odell and Deputy Executive Bruce Walker helped to arrange the appointment. Odell says Cobra's presence is sign of good cooperation between the Village and the County.
