Here are some of the arrests which the Carmel Police made in April.

CARMEL, NY — Here are some of the recent arrests made by Carmel Police.
April 4: Carmel Police arrested Tiffany Marks, 26, of Wappingers Falls after she turned herself in on an active Bench Warrant out of the Carmel Justice Court for Failure to Appear. She was arraigned by ajudge and released on her own recognizance pending a future court date.
April 5: Carmel Police arrested Gary Casse, 66, of Carmel after he was involved in a four car personal injury automobile accident. Investigation revealed that Mr. Casse was under the influence of both alcohol and narcotics. He was charged with Driving While Ability Impaired by a Combination of Alcohol and Drugs, a misdemeanor, and Following Too Closely and Unreasonable Speed, both violations. He was released on his own recognizance pending a future court date.

April 8: Carmel Police arrested Michele Guarnaccia, 29, of Carmel after she was picked up by Kent Police and it was determined that she had an active Arrest Warrant out of the Carmel Justice Court. She was arraigned by a judge and was remanded to the Putnam County Correctional Facility in lieu of $500 cash/$500 bond.
April 10: Carmel Police arrested John Disclafani, 45, of Carmel for allegedly committing several commercial burglaries within the town. For over a month, the Town of Carmel Police Detective’s Division conducted an extensive investigation into a commercial burglary pattern; the investigation revealed that Mr. Disclafani was the suspect. He was charged with two counts of Burglary in the 3rd Degree and Grand Larceny in the 4th Degree/Value exceeds $1,000, all felonies, and Petit Larceny, a misdemeanor. He was arraigned by a judge and remanded to the Putnam County Correctional Facility with no bail.

April 11: Carmel Police arrested Lauren Perez, 29, of Carmel after an investigation into the theft of an item from a local business revealed her to be the suspect. She was charged with Petit Larceny, a misdemeanor. She was released on her own recognizance pending a future court date.
April 15: Carmel Police arrested Eliu Hernandez, 24, of Carmel after he was picked up by the New York State Police and it was determined that he had an active Arrest Warrant out of the Carmel Justice Court. He was arraigned by a judge and remanded to the Putnam County Correctional Facility in lieu of $500 cash/$1,000 bond.
April 16: Carmel Police arrested a 46 year old Mahopac man after he was stopped for an inoperable headlight. He was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 3rd Degree, a misdemeanor, and Unlicensed Operator and Inoperable Head Light, both violations. He was released on his own recognizance pending a future court date.
April 17: Carmel Police arrested Lorilynn Zingaro, 53, of Carmel after she was involved in a motor vehicle accident and investigation determined that she was operating her motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. She was charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Driving While Intoxicated with a BAC Higher than .08. She was released on her own recognizance pending a future court date.
April 18: Carmel Police arrested Zurab Shakishvili, 43, of Mahopac after employees from a local business called to report that a subject who appeared to be intoxicated just left the establishment. They were able to obtain a vehicle description and license plate number and that information was relayed to officers, who located the vehicle and initiated a traffic stop after the vehicle was unable to maintain its lane. Mr Shakishvili was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and Failed to Keep Right, a violation. He was released on his own recognizance pending a future court date.
April 18: Carmel Police arrested Salvatore Milazzo, 29, of River Edge, NJ after they were contacted by the Putnam County Sheriff’s Department, who were out with the subject and it was determined that he had an active Arrest Warrant out of the Carmel Justice Court. He was arraigned by a judge and released on his own recognizance pending a future court date.
April 19: Carmel Police arrested Jimmy Bonds, 47, of the Bronx after an investigation into a larceny from a local business determined that he was the suspect and an Arrest Warrant was issued through the Carmel Justice Court. He was charged with Petit Larceny, Criminal Trespass in the 3rd Degree, and Criminal Mischief in the 4th Degree, all misdemeanors. He was arraigned by a judge and released on his own recognizance pending a future court date.
April 19: Carmel Police arrested David Bell after he turned himself in on an active Bench Warrant, which was actually for the Putnam County Sheriff’s Department. He was processed and turned over to the Sheriff’s Department.
April 21: Carmel Police arrested a 53-year-old Carmel man after he was stopped for failing to stop at a stop sign. He was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 3rd Degree, a misdemeanor, and Failed to Stop at Stop Sign, a violation. He was released on his own recognizance pending a future court date.
