Connecticut Man Faces Drug-Dealing Charges In Southeast
He was pulled over for traffic infractions on Route 6, according to the Putnam County Sheriff's Office.

SOUTHEAST, NY — A Connecticut man faces drug-dealing charges after being pulled over for a traffic infraction in New York.
According to the Putnam County Sheriff's Office, at about 3:47 a.m. Sept. 24, Deputy Sheriff Vincent Dalo observed a motorist commit traffic infractions on US Route 6 in the Town of Southeast. Dalo stopped the vehicle. While interviewing the driver, Raymond Grullon, 32, of Ansonia, Connecticut, the deputy said he detected an odor of marijuana emanating from the vehicle.
With the assistance of a Putnam County Sheriff’s K-9, the deputy allegedly discovered that Grullon was in possession of a large quantity of marijuana and numerous oxycodone pills and MDMA pills.

Grullon was arrested and charged with criminal possession of marijuana in the fifth degree (class B misdemeanor), criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree with the intent to sell a narcotic drug (class B felony), and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree with the intent to sell a hallucinogenic substance (class B felony).
