Connecticut Woman Overturns Car at Putnam Lake

Rosanne Digiulio of New Fairfield, CT, faces a charge of Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor.

New York State troopers were dispatched from the Brewster barracks by Putnam County 911 at 11:45 p.m. Dec. 26 to a one-car rollover auto accident at the edge of Putnam Lake.

First responders located a 2004 Ford Escape on its side. They concluded the driver, Digiulio, was intoxicated at the time of the crash.

The sole occupant of the vehicle, she was not injured.

Digiulio, 51, provided a breath sample that revealed a Blood Alcohol Content of .09 percent and was issued traffic tickets ordering her to appear before the Town of Patterson Court Jan. 5.
