Cops Sent to Help Disabled Motorist Charge Man with Felony DWI
The 30-year-old was also charged for not driving a car equipped with an interlock device.

New York State Police arrested Alan C. Wheeler of Oswego, New York, on Jan. 31 for Driving While Intoxicated, a Class E Felony.
Wheeler was additionally charged with failing to operate a motor vehicle equipped with an interlock device.
Troopers were dispatched to assist a disable motorist on State Route 22 in the Town of Southeast. An investigation revealed that the driver of the vehicle, Wheeler, was intoxicated.
The 30-year-old was charged with Felony DWI when a criminal history revealed a previous DWI related conviction from June of 2013.
He was arraigned before the Town of Kent Justice Court and sent to the Putnam County Jail in lieu of $500 cash bail. Wheeler is scheduled to appear before the Town of Southeast Court Feb. 9.
