Delivering Turkeys for Bob's Diner Thanksgiving Dinner

Members of the Italian American Club in Brewster delivered two freshly roasted turkeys to Bob’s Diner early Thursday morning.

Tom Sprague is the owner of the Main Street eatery and he’s been hosting the dinner for years. He, his family and employees spend the day at the diner, serving those in need of a meal or some company.

Between 50 and 70 people usually attend. Much of the food comes from local folks who donate it.

“The big feast has become a wonderful community event for our area,” said club Chairman Randy Colano.
