SOUTHEAST, NY — A food drive will be held from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday to benefit two of Putnam County's food pantries. Drop-off locations will be at Brewster Village Hall and Southeast Town Hall.

What's needed:

  • Juice (non-refrigerated)
  • Pasta
  • Spaghetti sauce
  • Rice
  • Cereal
  • Peanut butter
  • Jelly
  • Canned chicken
  • Canned tuna
  • Mac and cheese
  • Canned beef stew
  • Canned fruit
  • Crackers
  • Diapers
  • Wipes
  • Toiletries
  • Personal hygiene products
  • Paper goods
  • Cleaning products

The drive is sponsored by the United Way of Putnam and Westchester. It will benefit the Brewster Community Food Pantry and Putnam CAP.
