Don't Miss: Putnam 4-H Fair
The 46th annual fair is Friday through Sunday and there's always fun stuff to see and do. Bring your bugs!
PUTNAM COUNTY, NY — It's time for the Putnam 4-H Fair! The 46th annual event is scheduled for Friday through Sunday at Veterans Memorial Park, 201 Gipsy Trail Road, Carmel. See the animals, watch the judging, play games, eat grilled corn, check out the auction, see Putnam history, listen to live music, drink a lemonade and have a good time!
And make sure to visit the Master Gardeners. You can ask them anything about what you're growing, whether it's flowers or that upside-down tomato plant your kids gave you. You can learn about worm composting or how to pinch back petunias. Plus, they run a fantastic sale of plants and garden stuff. This year it features donations from local nurseries, garden centers and growers who generously support 4-H.
WHEN: Friday, July 28, 12pm to 6pm, Saturday, July 29, 10 am to 7 pm, Sunday, July 30, 10 am to 5pm
