This winter has surely been a tolerable one for most of us so far but that's not stopping the Brewster FD from continuing its plans to "take you" to the tropical islands of the South Pacific on February 25th!
For those of you who enjoyed our lasagna dinner last month, you know we are referring to our "Taste of the Tropics" inspired menu for this weekend's dinner. We've noticed that each time we have this theme night planned, more of you are getting into the mood by wearing tropical shirts, sunglasses, sarongs, even grass skirts and sandals! We love welcoming each of you with a lei and decorating the room to make us think - even for just a moment - that we're not in Brewster and it's not February!
But, there's another reason we mention this and that's because we are adding a fun 'twist' this month! We will award a PRIZE to the person who comes to our "luau" most looking the part! We'll not divulge what that prize is right now, but only those who RSVP will qualify! (If you have someone who rsvp's for you, then we'll have you covered!).

Menu: Pineapple-Glazed Pork Tenderloin. It's been awhile since we've had pork tenderloin as our main course and while planning this month's dinner we couldn't help but ask ourselves, "what better meal for a 'luau' is there than pork?" Along with your entree, enjoy potatoes, vegetables, pineapple, more! Our self-serve salad & appetizer table will not only have a few of our most popular favorites, but may have some Polynesian flare to it, as well. As always, your meal comes with refillable beverages, along with coffee, tea and your choice of dessert at our (this month tropically inspired) dessert bar!
