"Exercises from the East"

Yoga and Traditional Asian Exercises For Health & Longevity

Traditional exercise is intended to revitalize a person's internal “life energy”, which is also referred to as chi.
The exercises are used to encourage flexibility and strength, rejuvenating a person's muscles, ligaments, and joints. They will also improve circulation, reduce stress, cultivate and balance chi and enhance the immune system! When your chi flow is balanced, it affects your emotional, intellectual, spiritual and physical well-being!
Exercises are simple and gentle, there are no restrictions, anyone can do it!


Join us as Christopher Maslowski, L.Ac., of SOPHIA
Natural Health Center in Brookfield, CT, will present
4 class sessions of “Exercises From The East”:

Fridays: May 6th, June 3rd

When: 2:30 pm – 3:30 pm
Where: Studio Around The Corner, Suite 101, 67 Main Street, Brewster, NY
Cost: $5 Donation to the Old Town Hall Theater Fund is suggested for each class.
