FBC Brewster Welcomes Guest Speaker

International Justice Mission is coming to FBC Brewster March 8!!!

International Justice Mission (www.ijm.org) is a global organization that protects the poor from violence throughout the developing world in the name of Jesus. Throughout the developing world, fear of violence is part of everyday life for the poor. It’s as much a part of poverty as hunger, disease or homelessness. The poorest are considered most vulnerable because their justice systems—police, courts and laws—do not protect them from violent people.

But IJM is doing something about it. They partner with local authorities to rescue victims of violence, bring criminals to justice, restore survivors, and strengthen justice systems. Since 2006, IJM has rescued 19,000+ people from violence and oppression, secured the convictions of 800+ criminals and through their 18 offices around the world seeking the protection of around 21 million from injustice.

If you would like to know how YOU can participate in protecting the poor and oppressed then join us on Sunday, March 8th at FBC Brewster (www.brewsterchurch.com) to hear a representative from IJM speak about God’s heart for justice and how you can join with God in rescuing thousands, protecting millions and prove that justice is possible for the poor.
