Getting Ready for Restaurant Week: Brewster-Cortlandt Collaboration
Hemlock Hill Farm provided something tasty for the Clock Tower Grill to dish up at the kick-off event

When more than 210 restauranteurs and foodies gathered at the Captain Lawrence Brewery in Elmsford to kick off the spring Hudson Valley Restaurant Week, the Clock Tower Grill was there—with some roast pig from Hemlock Hill Farm.
Rich Parente, chef and owner of the Brewster restaurant, made a new connection with the Cortland Manor farm for the event, HVRW officials said in a press release.
“We always locally source as much of our menu as we can,” Parente. “This was the best pork I’ve ever served.”
