Letter to the Editor: Crossroads 312 Project is Exciting

Dear Editor:

As a long time resident of the Town of Southeast I am excited to support the proposed Crossroads 312 hotel and retail/restaurant project.

The project is set to be located on the corner of Interstate 84 and Route 312 and will comprise a 100-room hotel and over 140,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space.

The project is anticipated to create over 700 jobs from numerous different sectors, while also providing over 5 million dollars in tax relief to our town, county, and schools.

I urge all fellow residents of Southeast to support the project. I also request that the member of the Town of Southeast Town Board support the project in every way imaginable during the approval project.
