Living with Diabetes in Southeast?

This group at Putnam Hospital Center is for you.

From Putnam Hospital Center

The Putnam Hospital Center Diabetes Support Group meets the third Tuesday of every month at 6 p.m. in the third floor conference room, 670 Stoneleigh Ave.

The group is open to people with Type I, Type II and gestational diabetes, as well as their families and friends. Meetings are coordinated by certified diabetes educators, a nurse practitioner and a registered dietitian, offering patients an opportunity to share concerns as well as assistance with managing various issues associated with diabetes. Speakers are brought in regularly.
