Man Accused Of Pinching Child In Marshalls
State police said the child was less than seven years old.

SOUTHEAST, NY – A town resident faces a misdemeanor charge for accosting a child in a store.
On June 15, the New York State Police from the Brewster barracks arrested Jaroslav Kiskas, 43,
On May 26, state troopers received a report that an unidentified man in Marshalls had pinched the buttocks of a child under the age of seven and asked the victim to follow him.

Through investigation the subject was eventually identified as Kiskas. He was arrested, charged with Forcible Touching, and issued an appearance ticket returnable to the town of Southeast Court on June 26.
