MTA IDs Man Killed By Train In Putnam County
The incident Thursday shut down part of the Harlem Line for several hours.

BREWSTER, NY -- The man killed by a Metro-North train in Putnam County Thursday morning has been identified. He is Raymond Pellecchia, 51, of Brewster.
The incident just north of the Dykeman Road crossing was not criminal nor accidental in nature, said MTA spokeswoman Nancy Gamerman.
Service on the Wassaic branch of the Harlem Line was halted for three hours due to the police activity. It resumed at 12:25 p.m.
