One is about fences and walls.

The new rules would include height limits: four feet in the front and six on the back of properties. An exception, of course, would be stone or masonry walls used as part of an embankment. Fences around tennis courts could be up to 10 feet. Dumpster enclosures could be eight feet high.
In addition, the rule would consider hedges or plantings as fences if they’re placed on a site for that purpose.

Any wall would need a building permit from the Brewster Building Department.
The other is a hearing on proposed organizational changes to the village’s Planning Board and Zoning Board of Appeals.
