PUTNAM COUNTY, NY — NYSEG is working to restore power to more than 2,000 customers who still have no electricity from the nor'easter that drenched Putnam County.
Most of them are in Brewster, though almost 200 people were out of power in Putnam Valley as of 9:30 a.m. NYSEG estimates most all power will be restored Wednesday.
Expect gusty winds to persist through Wednesday afternoon and evening, the National Weather Service said.
