Northbound Taconic Lane Reopens Between I-84 and Rte 301

UPDATE 9:15 a.m. Both lanes northbound on the Taconic Parkway have been reopened in Putnam.

UPDATE 8:42 a.m. — The right lane is blocked on the Taconic between Route 301 and I-84 due to investigation and clean-up of a multi-vehicle accident.

PUTNAM COUNTY, NY — State transportation officials report the northbound Taconic State Parkway was closed at 7:45 a.m. after a multi-vehicle accident.

The road is closed between Route 301 and I-84.

Officials estimate it could be closed for up to two hours.
