NWS Issues Winter Weather Advisory for Brewster, Noon-10PM Today
Up to 3 inches of snow and sleet topped by ice are now in the forecast.
The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for Putnam County from noon to 10 p.m. today.
The NWS has changed its earlier forecast, now predicting sleet and snow accumulation of 1-3 inches, topped with ice, as the temperatures stay in the low 30s.
Travel—driving and walking—could be difficult, the NWS warns.
