Obituary: Dominick L. Licari, Retired Water Supply Superintendent
Visitation will be held Thursday at Beecher Funeral Home. A Mass will be celebrated Friday at Sacred Heart Church in Patterson.

Dominick L. Licari, of Patterson, NY died at Danbury Hospital, on Monday, November 8, 2021. He was 89 years old. Born on January 18, 1932, in Brooklyn, NY, he was the son of Lillian (Depice) and Jospeh Licari.
On April 27, 1952, Dominick married the love of his life, Grace Capichiano in Brooklyn, NY. Mr. Licari served in the Marines. Later he worked as the District Superintendent of Water Supply for the New York City Department of Environmental Conservation until his retirement, after 42 years, in 1994. He was a parishioner of Sacred Heart Church in Patterson, NY and a devoted Catholic.

Dominick visited the cemetery daily to pray for the repose of the soul of his beloved wife who predeceased him in 2016.
Dominick is survived by his children, Joseph P. (Kasia) Licari of Danbury, CT, Debra (Americo) Raimundo of Port Orange, FL, and Randall Licari of CT; 10 grandchildren and 9 Great-Grandchildren, and his brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Joseph and Helen Capichiano of New Fairfield, CT.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday November 12, 2021, 10:00am at Sacred Heart Church in Patterson, NY. Interment will follow at St. Lawrence OโToole Cemetery in Brewster, NY.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 11 from 4-8 at Beecher Funeral Home, 1 Putnam Avenue, Brewster, NY.
