Pawling Man Accused of Falsely Reporting Stabbing to State Police at Brewster

New York State Police from the Brewster barracks arrested Yefrin B. Cazanga-Gregorio Dec. 30 for Falsely Reporting an Incident 3rd Degree.

In November, troopers were dispatched by Putnam County 911 to a reported stabbing at a Patterson area business. Following an investigation, police say the caller, identified as Cazanga-Gregorio, contacted 911 and falsely reported the incident.

Cazanga-Gregorio, a 25-year-old Pawling resident, was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Patterson Court on January 19, 2015 at 5:00 p.m.
