Pawling Man Has 26 Suspensions On His License: Cops

He was stopped on Route 311, said state police from the Brewster station.

BREWSTER, NY — A Pawling man faces a felony driving charge of Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 1st Degree. Police say he has 26 active suspensions on his license. New York State Police from the Brewster barracks arrested Gregg T. Rooney-Wolfe, 27, on Friday.

Rooney-Wolfe was stopped by troopers on Route 311 in Patterson at about 8:50 a.m. Friday.

The New York State Department of Motor Vehicles confirmed he had 26 active suspensions.

Rooney-Wolfe was arraigned before the Town of Patterson Justice Court and sent to the Putnam County Jail in lieu of $1,500 cash bail or $2,500 bond. He is next scheduled to appear before the Town of Patterson Justice Court on Nov. 14.
