Performance of 'Carmina Burana' is Brewster Family Affair

The concert will be in Manhattan on Oct. 5.

BREWSTER, NY — A Brewster family will be front and center in a performance of 'Carmina Burana,' the strange and famous piece by Carl Orff, in New York City in October.

Richard Owen is the Music Director of Camerata New York Orchestra. He'll be conducting. His wife will be playing principal cello, and their two sons will be singing.

The concert will take place at the historic St. Jean Baptiste Church, 184 E. 76th St. at 7:30PM Oct. 5.

The performance will feature Camerata New York Orchestra and the NYC Masterchorale as well as top international soloists.
