Ambulnz to Provide Dedicated 911 System to New York’s Putnam County
The Partnership with the Bureau of Emergency Services Brings a New Standard of Care
to the Residents and Visitors of Putnam County.
NEW YORK – November 03, 2021 – DocGo, a leading provider of last-mile Mobile Health services and
integrated medical mobility solutions has entered into an agreement to merge with Motion Acquisition
Corp. (“Motion”) (Nasdaq: MOTN), a special purpose acquisition company, announced today it will offer
its first dedicated 911 system to the Putnam County Bureau of Emergency Services in New York through
its subsidiary Ambulnz. The new contract allows Ambulnz to equip the county with three advanced life
support first-response units and two advanced life support ambulances to provide residents and visitors
with advanced life support (paramedic) services.

Legislator Ginny Nacerino, Chairwoman of the Putnam County Legislature’s Protective Services
Committee said “After a lengthy process of vetting each submission to our request for proposals we are
confident the right partner has been selected to provide advanced life support and ambulance services
to our county.”
The company’s paramedics and emergency medical technicians are highly trained and are dedicated to

market. The county’s residents and visitors can expect a seamless transition when the contract takes
effect on January 1, 2022.
