“I am extremely excited and honored to be sworn in as President of the New York State Association of County Clerks for 2021-2022. This is my second term serving as President of the Association.  Usually, the President serves for only one year, but the membership graciously afforded me another term so that I may be fully able to serve as the Association’s President without the major COVID restrictions that loomed over my first year of service.”

“I am thankful to each member of the Association for placing their faith in my leadership.  I look forward to serving along with the other Officers of the Association to ensure that the priorities and concerns of County Clerks throughout New York State are addressed.”
