Putnam County Offices, Services Are All Open Monday
This includes all county Public Transportation Services, which is on normal routes, and the county Senior Centers.

BREWSTER, NY — Putnam County Executive MaryEllen Odell has announced that all Putnam County Government Offices are open on their normal schedule for today, Monday, March 5, 2018. This includes all Putnam County Public Transportation Services, which is on normal routes, and the Putnam County Senior Centers, which are open today for normal programs.
The following comfort stations are open today.
- Mahopac Firehouse located at 741 Route 6, Mahopac, NY. The Mahopac Firehouse will be a comfort station and will be providing meals from 1:00pm to 8:00pm today courtesy of the Mahopac Lions Club. All are welcome.
- Kent Town Hall (dry ice & water available) which will be open 8:00am to 4:00pm,
- German American Club will be open 10:00am to 10:00pm in Putnam Valley
- Patterson Recreation will be open 7:00am to 7:00pm
- Temple Beth Shalom will be open 9:00am to 6:00pm
- Knights of Columbus in Carmel (dry ice & water is available) will be open 9:00am to 6:00pm
- Carmel Town Hall (dry & ice & water available) 9:00am to 6:00pm.
"In order for us to continue to address the many issues facing our residents following this major Nor’easter, it is imperative that County Government be open to the public," said County Executive MaryEllen Odell.
