Putnam County Seasonal Public Flu Clinic

The
Putnam County Department of Health is offering a public seasonal flu vaccine
clinic for individuals 3 years of age and older, on  Wednesday, December 11, 2013, from 10:00am -
4:00pm at the Putnam County Department of Health, 1 Geneva Road, Brewster, NY. Cost
of vaccination is $25.00, those with a Medicare Card – Free.  No appointments necessary. For questions call
