Putnam County Tourism: There's an App for That

The Putnam County Tourism phone app is now available and compatible for Iphone and Android.

The app is completely free and was designed to be user friendly. Users will be able to see all of the great places to visit in Putnam County and the app will make it easier to plan your next trip.

Users will be given the opportunity to find out more of Putnam’s best-kept secrets and notable locations throughout each town.

The app is divided into different categories to accommodate many interests, including arts and culture, sports, family fun, historic sites, and more. For each location included in the app, users will be able to find a description as well as contact information. Each address is also available to make traveling to these destinations easier than ever.

The Putnam County Tourism event calendar is also linked to ensure that everyone is up to date on the many events happening within the county.

Another feature of the app is a suggestions tab that contains some of the most popular destinations that Putnam County has to offer.
