Spend the day watching dogs in conformation competition being judged against the standard for the breed. Obedience and rally trials will test dogs' understanding of commands, as they maneuver hurdles and retrieve articles.

If you are interested in finding out about different breeds, there will be many exhibitors with their dogs, to help answer your questions," Krok said. "Wander around our beautiful show grounds, buy lunch at our food cart and enjoy the day. There is no admission charge and there is plenty of good parking at the site."
