Putnam DWIs Over New Year's Weekend: State Police

Five people either in or from Putnam County were charged with DWI nearby; two of them had been in car crashes.

PUTNAM COUNTY, NY — Five people charged with DWI by New York State Police over the New Year's weekend were either in or from Putnam County. Two were involved in car crashes, the others were stopped for traffic and vehicle law violations.

  • On December 30, 2017, State Police from SP Brewster arrested Julisa M. Jaime, age 27, of New Milford, CT, for DWI. She was traveling on State Route 22 in the town of Southeast, NY, when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
  • On December 31, 2017, State Police from SP Brewster arrested Spencer A. Mikell, age 22, of Bethel, CT, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 6 in the town of Southeast, NY, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
  • On December 31, 2017, State Police from SP East Fishkill arrested Segundo M. Arpi-Vizhso, age 30, of Port Chester, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on Interstate 684 in the town of Southeast, NY, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
  • On January 1, 2018, State Police from SP Rhinebeck arrested Vincenzo A. Dellamedaglia, age 23, of Carmel, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 308 in the town of Rhinebeck, NY, when he was involved in a property damage motor vehicle crash. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
  • On January 1, 2018, State Police from SP Cortlandt arrested Jonathan J. Warden, age 23, of Putnam Valley, NY, for DWI. He was traveling in the town of Putnam Valley, when he was involved in a property damage motor vehicle crash. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
