Ramp From I-84 To Rte 22 North Will Close For Construction

SOUTHEAST, NY — The ramp to Exit 20N (Route 22 north) from Interstate 84 eastbound is expected to be closed beginning at 10 p.m. on Tuesday to 6 a.m. on Wednesday. Crews will perform construction activities, weather permitting. Motorists are advised to follow the posted detour.

Use caution when traveling through the work zone area and pay particular attention to flaggers and all traffic control devices, including signs.

Remember fines are doubled for speeding in a work zone. In accordance with the Work Zone Safety Act of 2005, convictions of two or more speeding violations in a work zone could result in the suspension of an individual’s driver license.
