UPDATE: Route 312 Reopened in Southeast
State transportation officials over-estimated the time it took to get it reopened.
UPDATE: State Highway 312 was reopened at 5:12 p.m., state transportation officials announced.
SOUTHEAST, NY — State Highway 312 is closed in both directions west of Route 22. It's due to a downed tree, state transportation officials said.
It could stay closed for about 2 hours.
