SAT/ACT Testing Strategies

Students learn how to approach a test question, they improve their critical thinking skills,which enhance their daily performance in school.

Often choosing the appropriate college entrance exam is challenging. Whichever one you choose, Educational Awareness has a program that will empower a student while teaching specific strategies for each section of each test.

Educational Awareness has a six-week SAT Preparation Program and a four-week ACT Preparation Program. Small groups of students meet weekly and are taught how to analyze a different section of the test from the perspective of a test designer. This new vantage point not only builds confidence by helps students avoid the pitfalls built into the test. Simultaneously, students are taught how to use their individual learning styles to maximize success.

Each group has a maximum of a five students assigned to a college professor who has been trained in the EA Test Prep Approach. As students learn how to approach a test question, they improve their critical thinking skills, which enhance their daily performance in school. Students leave each sessions feeling more skilled and willing to meet the challenge of taking the SAT or ACT.
