School Closings, Delays: Putnam County

BREWSTER, NY — A massive winter storm is expected to bring heavy snow and high winds to Putnam on Thursday. Predictions are that snow accumulations will be lower west of the Hudson River.

Here are local school closings and schedule changes as of 11 p.m. Wednesday:

Brewster schools - closed
Carmel schools - closed
Haldane schools - closed
Garrison schools - closed
Mahopac schools - closed
Putnam-Northern Westchester BOCES - closed
Putnam Valley schools - closed
