The report dubs many of the structures as "problem bridges."

Just like tons of others around the area, Brewster and Southeast's bridges are in need of some serious work.
This story on LoHud.com, written by Ken Valenti, profiles several around the region, including the closed one on Prospect Hill Road in Southeast. The report notes that the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) is hoping to repair the bridge as part of a larger project to add hundreds of parking spots to the Southeast Train Station.
