Shed the Meds Event in Brewster Wednesday

Get rid of unwanted prescription drugs safely -- help your community and the environment

A Shed the Meds Prescription Drug Drop-off in Brewster will take place July 28.

The event will take place at the Old Village Offices at 208 Main St. from 9 A.M. to 1 P.M.

The public is encouraged to drop off any and all old, expired, or unused medications of any kind. Medications can be in any container or condition—but don’t bring needles or liquids.

This Shed the Meds event is co-sponsored by State Sen. Terrence Murphy's office, the Village of Brewster, Putnam County, Brewster Police Department, and Drug Crisis in Our Backyard.
