Southeast Planning Board Continues Hearing Monday On Brewster Yards

SOUTHEAST, NY — There are meetings coming up this week in Southeast and the Brewster school district.

The Brewster Board of Education will meet at 6:30 p.m. at the District Office.

The Southeast Planning Board, which also sits as the town's Architectural Review Board, will continue the public hearing on Brewster Yards, the Proswing project on Pugsley Road, at its meeting Dec. 12.

The hearing continues to discuss the subdivision, site plan and wetland permit for a project it began discussing in 2021. SEE:

Also on Pugsley Road, the board will review an application for subdivision by Lincoln Logistics Brewster LLC.

Pugsley Road was closed for construction until further notice as of Oct. 12.

The planning board meeting starts at 7 p.m. at Town Hall, 1360 Route 22.
