Super Bowl DWI Crackdown Includes Arrests In Southeast
The arrests included seven in Southeast and one in Westchester of a Mahopac resident.
SOUTHEAST, NY — State police from Troop K made 19 drunk-driving arrests during their Super Bowl Weekend crackdown. That included eight made either in Putnam County or of county residents.
On Feb. 2, 2018, State Police from SP Somers arrested Shivashankar Prasad, age 39, of Mahopac, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on Interstate 684 in the town of Harrison, NY, when he was involved in a property damage motor vehicle collision. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On Feb. 2, 2018, State Police from SP Brewster arrested Henry Estuardo, age 32, of Dover, NY, for DWI. He was traveling in the town of Southeast, NY, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On Feb. 3, 2018, State Police from SP Brewster arrested Stephanie A. Scully, age 23, of New Fairfield, CT, for DWI. She was traveling on Interstate 84 in the town of Southeast, NY, when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On Feb. 3, 2018, State Police from SP East Fishkill arrested Jose Genao, age 23, of Waterbury, CT, for DWI. He was traveling on Interstate 84 in the town of Southeast, NY, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On Feb. 4, 2018, State Police from SP Brewster arrested Christopher C. Brown, age 49, of Morristown, NJ, for Aggravated DWI. He was traveling on State Route 22 in the town of Southeast, NY, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On Feb. 4, 2018, State Police from SP Brewster arrested David Cochran, age 37, of Bronx, NY, for Aggravated DWI. He was traveling on State Route 22 in the town of Southeast, NY, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On Feb. 4, 2018, State Police from SP Brewster arrested Jaime M. Fabian, age 29, of Bridgeport, CT, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 22 in the town of Southeast, NY, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On Feb. 4, 2018, State Police from SP Brewster arrested Barry J. McShaw, age 24, of Danbury, CT, for DWI. He was traveling on Interstate 84 in the town of Southeast, NY, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
