The Putnam County Health Department, in partnership with Westchester Medical Center’s Teen Mobile Van, will be hosting our 2nd Teen Health Day on December 4th at the Carmel Fire Department, 94 Gleneida Ave., Carmel, NY. Open to anyone between the ages of 13 – 24 years old. We will be providing FREE and CONFIDENTIAL medical screenings- including HIV Testing, Hepatitis C testing, STD screenings, pregnancy testing as well as mental health and substance abuse referrals and more. There will be several community organizations available to answer questions that the teens may have regarding a wide range of topics on Teen / Public Health issues. We will be having food and refreshments. We will raffle off great prizes some include: Carmel cinema tickets, monster mini golf and more…… NO question is OFF –LIMITS.
