Temps On The Rise: Brewster's Weekend Forecast

Here what you can expect for the Father's Day weekend in Southeast.

BREWSTER, NY — Changes are on the way weather-wise for this Father’s Day weekend. Morning clouds Friday will give way to partly sunny comfortable conditions as the day goes on.

It warms up Saturday to the low to mid-80s, but then there’s Sunday.

“Sunday will bring us a mix of sunshine and clouds, but increased levels of heat,” Hudson Valley Weather said. “Temps on Sunday should climb into the mid- and upper 80s across the Hudson Valley. In addition, increasing dew points will be felt from west to east … so as the afternoon progresses, the more uncomfortable it will feel.”

Then hang on for Monday, because the heat and humidity will certainly make themselves known. The forecast calls for temperatures in the mid-90s, and with the humidity, it will seem warmer. The National Weather Service has already said a heat advisory may be forthcoming.
