Did you know that both Ben Franklin and Marie Antoinette played harp?! And Mozart met Marie Antoinette when they were just eight years old! In this delightful musical journey of the Welsh Triple Harp, music by Marie Antoinette, Mozart, Handel, Bochsa, Kuhlau, Donizetti, Verdi, and late 18th century Welsh harpist Edward Jones will be interspersed with amusing anecdotes and true tales. Join us for a splendid evening of music, wine, stories, song, and harp!

This beautiful brand new Welsh Triple Harp was made by New Zealand harpist and harpmaker Robin Ward who currently resides in England. The design is based upon a harp in St. Fagans Museum in Cardiff, Wales. It has a full 5 octave range and has three rows of strings made of gut. Built to accommodate airplane travel guidelines, it stands 5 feet 3 inches tall and has a lovely sweet, full sound.
