Woman Charged With Felony DUI in Southeast: NY State Police
The woman has two DWI-related convictions.

SOUTHEAST, NY — A Brookfield, CT, woman has been charged with driving with a blood alcohol content of nearly three times the legal limit after she was pulled over in Southeast last week, according to the New York State Police.
Stacy Bencivengo, 48, was arrested when she was stopped on I-84 Friday night and a breath teast revealed that she had a blood alcohol content of 0.22. Police say she was charged with felony DWI when she was found to have two previous DWI convictions.
She was stopped on I-83 for failing to maintain her lane, and police later found that she was intoxicated.

Bencivengo is being held in Putnam County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash bail or $20,00 bond. She's due in Southeast Court on Feb. 28.
