Wrong-Way Crash Injures Several, Clogs I-84 | UPDATE
The crash on the Route 312 exit created a massive back-up at the morning commute.

PUTNAM COUNTY, NY — A wrong-way driver caused a serious head-on collision Wednesday morning. It created a subsequent back-up that stretched miles on I-84.
New York state police said the crash on the eastbound side took place at about 8:30 a.m. on the Exit 19 ramp to Route 312 in Southeast.
