Mount Kisco Man Charged With DWI: New York State Police

New York state police are cracking down on impaired driving.

MOUNT KISCO, NY — State Police in Troop K removed 16 allegedly impaired drivers from the roads over the weekend of July 27-29, including one Mount Kisco resident.

On July 29, State Police arrested Ramiro Torres, 27, of Mount Kisco, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on Interstate 684 in the town of Southeast, when he was involved in a property damage motor vehicle crash. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, police said.
